Card Imprinting

Cards will be imprinted in black. Choice of red, blue or green is available for an additional fee of $50 per color.
Card cost includes standard verse, charity statement and personalization in black ink.

Ink Color

Enter the Personalization you wish to have imprinted inside the card. Please carefully review and edit if necessary, as your card will be imprinted exactly as you enter below (i.e. spelling, upper- vs. lower-case, numbers, spaces, commas, etc.). Be sure to enter correctly. Your approval will save your card to your shopping cart. This will allow you to continue shopping or return later to complete the check out process.

Using an ultra fine point black pen or Sharpie, please sign your first name 3 times on a bright white sheet of paper; then fax to Heartfelt with your name and order number clearly visible. Fax to: (847) 680-6602, Attn: Customer Service.

Using an ultra fine point black pen or Sharpie, please sign names on a bright white sheet of paper. Then scan and email as a .jpg, bmp or .tif to Heartfelt's Customer Service at Logo@CharityCards.com. Within your email, please include your name, business name and order number.

Customization: Envelope

Heartfelt Charity Cards can either imprint your return address (on the envelope flap), or even mail your cards if you choose the Mailing Service option, which includes imprinting of return address and addressee, folding, stuffing, sealing, hand applying of commemorative stamps, and mailing of cards. For quantities over 500, other postage options are available; please call Customer Service at 1-800-464-7880 for more information.
