Let Heartfelt Charity Cards Customize Your Holiday Cards!
In addition to imprinting your name and business name, Heartfelt Charity Cards offers custom options such as imprinting logos and/or signatures. The Logo charges are based on an initial setup fee plus a charge, determined by the colors of the logo and whether they are PMS or standard inks.

Initial Setup Fee: $65 The initial setup fee includes our creative services department receiving your logo and/or signatures, correctly formatting your logo and/or signatures for your card, and generating a proof for your approval. Multiple setups or changes may result in additional fees. Logo Specifications: Heartfelt Charity Cards will determine proper placement and size of your company logo on the greeting card. To ensure your corporate logo is imprinted with the best possible quality, please provide high resolution logos, minimum 300 dpi. To process your order with expediency and with the sharpest quality, the preferred format for imprinting a logo is vector art, also known as an Adobe Illustrator or .ai file. This file can often be obtained from your Art or Creative Services department. The logo must fit within a space of 1" high and 3" wide. Please note scanned logos from currently existing materials (such as letterhead, brochures, etc) do not provide sufficient resolution. If your logo file differs from the imprinting selections you have made, a Heartfelt Charity Cards representative may contact you prior to printing your order.

    2) Color Logo Imprinting Standard Ink Color Options:

    We offer 3 standard ink colors for logo imprinting: (pine) green, (reflex) blue, and red.

    Pantone Ink Colors:
    Heartfelt can also print your logo using PMS colors. PMS refers to a custom mixing process that requires extra time and preparation which incurs a higher cost. Each PMS color is indicated by a number code provided by you.

     3) 4 Color Process:
    For an additional flat setup charge, Heartfelt Charity Cards can print your 4 color logo inside your cards. Four Color Process, or "CMYK" printing, utilizes small dots of cyan, magenta, yellow and black on large presses. This process is generally used for higher card quantities (over 500 cards). Special printing films and plates are required for this process to produce a high quality photo realistic logo on your cards. If your logo contains a gradient or screen (a percentage in opacity of ink), a drop shadow, or a photograph, then it is falls into this category.

    Signatures:

    This custom option can save you valuable time during the holiday season. Heartfelt Charity Cards can imprint your signature in black so you don't have to sign your cards by hand. Be sure signatures are provided using an ultra fine point black sharpie or good quality black pen on bright white paper.

    Hand-signed Signatures: Using an ultra fine black pen or Sharpie, please sign your first name 3 times on a bright white sheet of paper, then scan and email as a .jpg, .bmp or .tif to Heartfelt’s Customer Service at Logo@CharityCards.com. Within your email, please include your name, business name and order number.

    Scanned Signatures: Using an ultra fine black pen or Sharpie, please sign on a bright white sheet of paper. Multiple signatures may be made on a single page, as long as the signatures do not touch. Scan and e-mail as a .jpg, .bmp or .tif to Logo@CharityCards.com. Within your email, please include your name, business name and order number.
