Order the estimated number of cards you will need for the upcoming year.
Customize the message and internal imprint options- your name, business name, and contact information.
Provide your mailing list to us at

or call our Creative Services at 1-800-464-7880. We will imprint the addressee on brightly colored envelopes in a script font and your return address imprints in the upper left corner. See the

Fax your first name signature to Heartfelt, (847) 970-6882, ATTN: Creative Services. We hand-sign your first name on the cards.
By the 15th of the month, add new clients to following months mailing- additional fees apply.
Our services include the signing, stuffing and sealing of the month’s cards, and mailing them out each week. Actual commemorative postage is applied-no postage meter used.

Anniversary Program
Commemorate employees' service anniversaries or clients’ annual contract renewal by signing up for the Anniversary Card Program. We send out anniversary cards monthly.

Sphere of Influence Program
The Sphere of Influence Program connects you with people in your business and everyday life. Reaching out to those individuals increases referrals and keeps you in mind when someone in your 'sphere' needs services you provide. At the beginning of the mailing month, an email is sent to you so that you can approve the recipients of the upcoming mailing. You will be contacted by Heartfelt Charity Cards to request updates to the list used previously.

Mailings occur every month, every other month, or four times a year.
You receive the same cards as your recipients. You remain in control of the mailings; and you always know which card and when it was mailed.
